We make this complicated process simple and follow the process through to ensure the contracts are established and administered effectively. Our efforts in this area save money while saving time and improving operations. This is done by ensuring contracts are specific to your needs , and that good performance is rewarded.


For Private clients we help them understand the government contracting processes and ensure they obtain fair consideration for contracts. Frequently, contractors are not considered because they don't understand the process, and as a result, do not address the requirements appropriately. We expect contractors to be successful and make a reasonable profit. We also expect them to provide excellent services and be professional. Our efforts will help you obtain work and perform successful contract administration, which will result in obtaining additional work, especially with respect to follow-on contracts. We only support competent contractors and do not support game players, or claim oriented contractors.

SA Pricing: Prices are generally determined on a case-by-case basis. SA must fully understand the issues before committing to a resolution, and/or price. The first discussion is free, and any follow-up action will be determined at the first meeting. For public clients, we will provide pricing after the first consultation. For private clients, our primary service is to help clients get new business or mange existing business. Fees charged by SA are usually covered by the revenue stream.
